Sprucedale Care Centers is a Strathroy based long term care facility which offers a wide range of services, features and comfortable accommodations to their residents. Sprucedale offers long term care in a way that gives their residents the freedom, respect and dignity they deserve.

The Situation

A lack of communication and accountability contributed the need for the employee communication management system at Sprucedale. There were also issues with salaried staff who took many days off, resulting in wasted labour costs.
